RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATION POLICY:
no payment will be required if the event is rescheduled or cancelled 2 week before the event, at which time the full deposit will be refunded. Rescheduling or cancellation after the 2 week period will result in a forfeiture of 10% of the estimated cost, plus any costs accrued from specialty good(s) or service(s) already rendered. Cancellation less than 48 hours from the date of the event will incur a fee equal to 25% of the estimated cost

by signing the agreement, you authorize the venue to use your card on file to charge the remaining balance
